About the Role

Morgan Mckinley is seeking a Financial Accountant, based in Oxfordshire, to join a leading PLC organisation. This role plays a key part in supporting ongoing finance transformation initiatives, combining hands-on accounting responsibilities with opportunities to improve systems, processes, and financial reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities for Financial Accountant based in Oxfordshire:

• Manage the month-end close process
• Take ownership of inventory accounting
• Providing accurate data and commentary on performance to support and influence the SLT on strategy
• Contribute to wider finance transformation projects, supporting best-in-class financial systems and processes.

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to challenge and support stakeholders.
• Proven experience in commercial finance.
• Strong ERP and Excel skills
