We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team in Sydney and partner closely with our APAC sales teams. In this role, you will enable our customers to unlock the value of accessible, high-performing content through Siteimproves SaaS platform and AI-powered capabilities.

As a Solutions Engineer based in Sydney, you will share our passion for helping customers transform their content into exceptional digital experiences that drive real business impact. You are equally comfortable engaging in both business and technical discussions, speaking with marketers as well as technical audiences about our data-driven approach. Through your expertise, you will empower marketing teams to optimise content for digital accessibility, SEO, and broader marketing campaigns, helping organisations deliver content that performs for both people and technology.
What you will be doing
- Present Siteimproves platform, technology, and vision to marketing leaders and technical teams at both prospective and existing customers.
- Work closely with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Siteimproves platform throughout the sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations through to close.
- Stay immersed in the evolving digital landscape, maintaining a strong understanding of competitive and complementary technologies, and positioning Siteimprove effectively across different industries.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to continuously refine Siteimproves solutions and messaging.
- Occasionally attend conferences, trade shows, and other company events as needed to perform your role, which may include international travel.
What we will require of you
- Bring experience and competence in one or more of these areas: Digital Marketing (including Google Ads, e-commerce, SEO, and marketing campaigns), Technology with a focus on Data and Analytics, or Presales with an emphasis on Value Selling.
- Deliver advanced presentations of Siteimprove solutions, clearly demonstrating how they address the challenges faced by our customers and prospects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance your technical expertise, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure adoption of industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on technical matters. Proactively address client concerns and identify opportunities to deliver additional value.
- Lead critical initiatives across different functional teams and levels of the organisation, providing field feedback on product requirements and market trends.
- Support customers technical due diligence, conducting efficient and persuasive evaluations to maximise benefits for the customer.
- Demonstrate expert-level presentation skills, whether in-person or virtually. You know how to read an audience, put them at ease, understand their problems, and craft solutions that meet their needs.

What we will love about you
- Experience across all aspects of digital marketing, including digital analytics, paid search, and campaign optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of a range of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Moz, Brightedge, Google Ads, Kenshoo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and similar solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience working within a digital marketing agency or as a digital marketing consultant.
